Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. For personalized items, please allow an additional 2 days for processing before shipment.

Can I include a personalized gift message with my purchase?

Absolutely! During the checkout process, you will see a 'Gift Note' field where you can enter a custom message that we will print on a premium card for your recipient.

What is Lu Lu's Gift Company return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made or personalized gifts are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship to over 20 countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your specific location.

Will there be a price invoice inside the package?

Since many of our orders are gifts, we never include a physical invoice with prices in the box. You will receive your digital receipt via email only.
